Becoming only the second runner to deliver classy filly Earthquake a competitive defeat when taking out the Group 2 Furious Stakes (1200m) at the beginning of a standout spring preparation, the Street Cry filly returned to the paddock after finishing second in both the Group 2 Tea Rose Stakes (1400m) and Group 1 Flight Stakes (1600m).

Requiring a few runs to find form this time, Winx returned to the winner’s circle in the Group 2 Phar Lap Stakes (1500m) before continuing to impress in running fifth in the Group 1 Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m), second in the Group 1 Australian Oaks (2400m) and winning the Group 3 Sunshine Coast Guineas (1600m) most recently.

Bohemian Lily is yet to attract much more than sprinkling of bets for success to win the 2015 Queensland Oaks but has maintained position as sole occupant of the second line at a quote of $5.

Beginning her career in her native New Zealand, the daughter of O’reilly has undoubtedly hit peak condition since arriving in the care of Gai Waterhouse this season.

Running second in a Warwick Farm minor over 1600m first-up, Bohemian Lily has clearly relished a continual step-up in distance; winning the Listed Gold Coast Bracelet (1800m), running second in the Listed Princess Stakes (2000m) and returning to winning form in the Group 2 The Roses (2000m) last weekend.

Interestingly figuring as the only other runner currently available at a quote of less-than $10 in 2015 Queensland Oaks betting markets, Sebrina is yet to appear on course competitively in Queensland but offers great value for money at current $8 odds.

Posting two wins and two minors through seven career starts, Sebrina booked a trip north with a credible third in the Group 3 JB Carr Stakes (1400m) on April 8th and has since won the McGrath Estate Agents BM70 (1600m) and placed fourth in a Randwick stayers race over 2000m.

Allocated the ideal barrier 8, Sebrina has been confirmed to be partnered by hall of fame jockey Glen Boss and is sure to lay a great account for herself.

Ballet Suite ($10) and Zarzali ($18) are both worth consideration while Col ‘N’ Lil offers incredible value art a quote of $34.
